Skillet Pork Chops
Stuffing and Sautéed Apples and Steamed Green BeansIngredients
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 lb boneless pork chops
- 2 Tbsp olive oil, divided
Instructions
- Sprinkle seasoning and salt over both sides of pork chops.
- Cook pork, in batches, in 1 Tbsp hot oil per batch, in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes per side or to desired doneness.

- 1 (6-oz) box savory herbs stuffing mix
- ¼ cup butter
- 4 large crisp red apples, peeled and chopped
- ⅓ cup packed brown sugar
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans
Side Dish Instructions
- Prepare stuffing according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook, stirring occasionally, 10 to 12 minutes or until golden and caramelized.
- Steam green beans in microwave according to package directions.
