Skillet Pork Chops

Stuffing and Sautéed Apples and Steamed Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 lb boneless pork chops
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil, divided

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle seasoning and salt over both sides of pork chops.
  2. Cook pork, in batches, in 1 Tbsp hot oil per batch, in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes per side or to desired doneness.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (6-oz) box savory herbs stuffing mix
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 4 large crisp red apples, peeled and chopped
  • ⅓ cup packed brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Prepare stuffing according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook, stirring occasionally, 10 to 12 minutes or until golden and caramelized.
  3. Steam green beans in microwave according to package directions.
