Ingredients

  • ½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • ⅓ cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Cook chicken in hot oil in a skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes per side or until browned.
  2. Reduce heat to medium, add Alfredo sauce, and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until thoroughly heated and chicken is done.
  3. Meanwhile, melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; cook 1 minute or until fragrant. Add breadcrumbs and seasoning; cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until breadcrumbs are toasted. Remove from heat; stir in cheese. Sprinkle over chicken.

  • 2 Tbsp heavy cream (or use chicken broth)
  • ¼ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ⅛ tsp salt

  • 2 cups spinach

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
  2. Combine broth, cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a saucepan over medium heat 8 minutes or until thickened. Stir in spinach until wilted.
  3. Toss together pasta and spinach mixture.
