Blood Orange Spritzer
Ingredients
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- 1 blood orange
- 2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp simple syrup
- Alcohol-free sparkling brut
- Garnish: additional sprig fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Remove rosemary leaves from stem. Place leaves in bottom of a large cocktail shaker; gently muddle.
- Squeeze juice from blood orange. Add blood orange juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice; cover and shake until well combined, about 30 seconds.
- Strain mixture into a glass; top with sparkling brut. Garnish, if desired.
