Ingredients

  • 5 Tbsp pineapple juice
  • 1 Tbsp light orange rum
  • 1 Tbsp triple sec
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/16 tsp pure almond extract
  • 3 Tbsp spiced rum
  • Garnishes: orange slice, pineapple wedge

Instructions

  1. Add pineapple juice, light orange rum, triple sec, lime juice, extract, and ice cubes to fill a cocktail shaker. Cover and shake until chilled, about 30 seconds.
  2. Strain mixture into a highball glass filled halfway with ice cubes. Place a spoon over glass with tip touching side of glass. Slowly pour spice rum over spoon, allowing it to float over top of drink.
  3. Garnish, if desired. Makes 1 serving.
