Mai Tai
Ingredients
- 5 Tbsp pineapple juice
- 1 Tbsp light orange rum
- 1 Tbsp triple sec
- 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/16 tsp pure almond extract
- 3 Tbsp spiced rum
- Garnishes: orange slice, pineapple wedge
Instructions
- Add pineapple juice, light orange rum, triple sec, lime juice, extract, and ice cubes to fill a cocktail shaker. Cover and shake until chilled, about 30 seconds.
- Strain mixture into a highball glass filled halfway with ice cubes. Place a spoon over glass with tip touching side of glass. Slowly pour spice rum over spoon, allowing it to float over top of drink.
- Garnish, if desired. Makes 1 serving.
