Barbecued Ribs
Onion Rings and Creamy Mustard SlawIngredients
- 1 (5-lb) pkg pork spareribs
- 2 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 1½ cups barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Remove thin membrane from the back of the spareribs by slicing into ribs with a knife and pulling membrane off with paper towels.
- Rub ribs with seasoning. Cut ribs to fit in a lightly greased 5- to 7-quart slow cooker. Pour sauce over ribs.
- Cover and cook on LOW 7 to 8 hours or until ribs are very tender.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen onion rings
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp whole-grain mustard
- 2 Tbsp cider vinegar
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake onion rings according to package directions.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, and pepper in a large bowl. Add coleslaw; toss.
