Ingredients

  • 12 oz ziti pasta
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into ½-inch pieces
  • 2 (23-oz) jars marinara sauce
  • 1 (8-oz) block mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 (5-oz) carton shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and place in a large bowl.
  2. Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken to skillet, and cook, stirring occasionally, 5 to 6 minutes or until chicken is done. Add to pasta in bowl along with sauce; stir.
  3. Spoon half of pasta mixture into a greased 13-x 9-inch baking dish; sprinkle with half of mozzarella and half of Parmesan. Top with remaining pasta mixture; sprinkle with remaining cheeses.
  4. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly.
