Ingredients
- 4 oz whole-grain penne pasta (4 cups)
- ¼ cup pesto
- 1 cup chopped rotisserie chicken
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- ½ tsp salt-free Greek seasoning
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup pitted kalamata olives
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Toss hot pasta with pesto in a large bowl; cover to keep warm.
- Cook chicken, garlic, and seasoning in hot oil in a skillet over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly heated. Add to pasta in bowl. Stir in tomatoes, olives, and cheese.
