Ingredients

  • 4 oz whole-grain penne pasta (4 cups)
  • ¼ cup pesto
  • 1 cup chopped rotisserie chicken
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • ½ tsp salt-free Greek seasoning
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup pitted kalamata olives
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Toss hot pasta with pesto in a large bowl; cover to keep warm.
  2. Cook chicken, garlic, and seasoning in hot oil in a skillet over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly heated. Add to pasta in bowl. Stir in tomatoes, olives, and cheese.
