Chicken Ranch Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg angel hair pasta
- 10 slices bacon, chopped
- 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1¾ cups chicken broth
- 1 (1-oz) envelope Ranch dressing mix
- 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
- Meanwhile, cook bacon in a large deep skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain, reserving drippings in skillet.
- Cut chicken in half crosswise, and pound to an even thickness in a zip-top plastic bag using the heel of your hand or a meat mallet. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Cook chicken in hot drippings over medium heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done. Remove from skillet, and thinly slice.
- Add broth, scraping skillet to loosen browned bits. Stir in dressing mix, cream cheese, and lemon juice, whisking until blended. Add pasta, and chicken; toss. Cook until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with bacon.
