Butter Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp smoked paprika (or use regular)
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 lb ground chicken
- 1½ cups panko breadcrumbs
- 1½ (15-oz) jars butter chicken simmer sauce
- ⅓ cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Whisk together eggs, garlic, paprika, and salt in a large bowl. Add chicken and breadcrumbs; gently mix together using your hands.
- Roll chicken mixture into 1½-inch balls. Place on two large greased rimmed baking sheets.
- Bake 10 minutes or until meatballs are no longer pink in center, shaking pans after 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat simmer sauce until warm. Serve over meatballs. Sprinkle with cilantro.
