Raspberry-Rosemary Mule

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • ½ cup alcohol-free sparkling brut
  • Garnishes: rosemary sprig, lime slice

Instructions

  1. Add raspberries and rosemary to a large cocktail shaker; gently muddle. Add honey and lime juice; fill with ice. Shake until well combined, about 30 seconds.
  2. Fill a copper mule or medium-size glass three-fourths full with ice. Strain raspberry mixture over ice, and top with sparkling brut. Garnish, if desired.
