Raspberry-Rosemary Mule

Ingredients
- ¼ cup raspberries
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- ½ cup alcohol-free sparkling brut
- Garnishes: rosemary sprig, lime slice
Instructions
- Add raspberries and rosemary to a large cocktail shaker; gently muddle. Add honey and lime juice; fill with ice. Shake until well combined, about 30 seconds.
- Fill a copper mule or medium-size glass three-fourths full with ice. Strain raspberry mixture over ice, and top with sparkling brut. Garnish, if desired.
