Fish Sticks Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 1 (19-oz) pkg frozen breaded fish sticks
  • 1 (24-oz) jar marinara sauce
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ⅓ cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

Instructions

  1. Bake fish sticks according to package directions.
  2. Heat marinara sauce in a large skillet over medium heat. Nestle fish sticks in sauce. Sprinkle with cheeses. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with parsley. Scoop and serve over pasta.

  • 2 (9-oz) pkg refrigerated fettuccine
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Drain and toss with oil in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
