Ingredients
- 1 (15-oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (15-oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 3 (8.8-oz) pkg naan
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (or use Cheddar)
- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 (18-oz) bottle barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine corn and beans; season with salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
- Top naan with cheese, corn mixture, and chicken on 2 greased large baking sheets. Drizzle with 1 cup barbecue sauce.
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve remaining barbecue sauce for dipping.
