Mexican Street Fries with Salsa Ketchup
Ingredients
- 1 (26-oz) pkg frozen extra-crispy French fries
- ½ cup crumbled queso fresco
- 3 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 lime
- 1 cup medium restaurant-style salsa
- ½ cup ketchup
- 1 Tbsp ground cumin
Instructions
- Bake fries according to package directions; transfer to a large platter.
- Sprinkle fries with queso fresco, cilantro, and salt; grate zest from lime over fries.
- Stir together salsa, ketchup, and cumin in a bowl. Squeeze juice from lime into bowl; stir until blended. Serve with fries.
