Brown Sugar and Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Tenderloins
Green Beans with Crispy OnionsIngredients
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
- ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1½ lb chicken tenderloins (see Note)
- 12 slices bacon
- ⅔ cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix together sugar, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl; rub over chicken. Wrap 1 slice bacon around each chicken tenderloin, securing with a tooth pick if necessary.
- Arrange chicken on a wire rack set over a rimmed baking sheet; bake 18 to 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
- Meanwhile, mix together mayonnaise and mustard in a bowl; serve with chicken.

- 2 (12-oz) pkg green beans
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 6 Tbsp French fried onions
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook beans according to package directions; toss with butter, mustard, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle with onions.
