Fried Egg and Bacon Breakfast Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 4 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Combine beef, garlic salt, and pepper in a bowl; mix just until blended. Shape beef mixture into 4 patties.
  2. Cook patties in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Remove from skillet.
  3. Meanwhile, cook bacon in another large skillet over medium-high heat 6 minutes or until crisp. Drain, reserving 2 Tbsp drippings in skillet. Crumble bacon.
  4. Reduce heat to medium, and crack eggs into drippings in skillet. Cook until whites are set and yolks are cooked to desired doneness.
  5. To serve, top each patty with a fried egg and crumbled bacon.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (4.4-oz) pkg blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together berries in a bowl before serving.
