Sheet Pan Chicken with Spring Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 2-inch cubes
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • 1 (12-oz) container sliced onion and bell pepper
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1½ Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl. Spread in a single layer on a large rimmed baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
  2. Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is done and vegetables are browned and tender.
