Garlic Shrimp with Sweet Chili Aioli

Ingredients
- 1½ Tbsp butter
- 1¼ lb unpeeled large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic, divided
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1½ Tbsp sweet chili sauce
- ½ Tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and ½ Tbsp garlic; cook 2 to 3 minutes per side or until shrimp turn pink.
- Stir together mayonnaise, chili sauce, lemon juice, and ½ Tbsp garlic. Serve with shrimp.

- ½ (20-oz) pkg frozen broccoli stir-fry medley
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1½ Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp chopped roasted, salted peanuts (optional)
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook vegetables in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 8 minutes or until lightly browned and tender.
- Stir in soy sauce. Sprinkle with nuts, if desired.
