Ingredients

  • 1½ Tbsp butter
  • 1¼ lb unpeeled large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic, divided
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1½ Tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • ½ Tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and ½ Tbsp garlic; cook 2 to 3 minutes per side or until shrimp turn pink.
  2. Stir together mayonnaise, chili sauce, lemon juice, and ½ Tbsp garlic. Serve with shrimp.

  • ½ (20-oz) pkg frozen broccoli stir-fry medley
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1½ Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp chopped roasted, salted peanuts (optional)

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook vegetables in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 8 minutes or until lightly browned and tender.
  2. Stir in soy sauce. Sprinkle with nuts, if desired.
