Cheesy Hot Beef Sandwiches
Herb French Fries
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 2 tsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 (10.5-oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 6 hoagie rolls
- 1½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Cook beef, onion, bell pepper, and steak seasoning in a large skillet over medium-high heat 8 minutes or until beef is crumbly and onion is lightly browned and tender. Drain and return to skillet.
- Add garlic; cook 1 minute or until fragrant. Reduce heat to medium, and stir in soup and Worcestershire; cook 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- Divide beef mixture among rolls; top with cheese (see Note) and green onions.

- 1 (26-oz) pkg frozen thin cut French fries
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt

- Bake fries according to package directions. Toss with seasoning and salt.
