Greek Yogurt Banana Splits

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp natural creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (or use vegetable oil)
  • 4 small bananas, halved lengthwise
  • 2 cups fat-free strawberry-flavored Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup low-fat granola

Instructions

  1. Combine peanut butter and coconut oil in a small bowl; microwave at HIGH power 10 seconds or until melted.
  2. Arrange bananas in 4 banana split bowls. Drizzle with peanut butter. Spoon yogurt over bananas; top with berries and granola.
