Greek Yogurt Banana Splits
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp natural creamy peanut butter
- 1 tsp coconut oil (or use vegetable oil)
- 4 small bananas, halved lengthwise
- 2 cups fat-free strawberry-flavored Greek yogurt
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup raspberries
- ½ cup low-fat granola
Instructions
- Combine peanut butter and coconut oil in a small bowl; microwave at HIGH power 10 seconds or until melted.
- Arrange bananas in 4 banana split bowls. Drizzle with peanut butter. Spoon yogurt over bananas; top with berries and granola.
