Berry-Granola Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup chia seeds
  • 1½ cups 1% low-fat milk
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup reduced-sugar strawberry preserves
  • 1 (6-oz) pkg raspberries
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup low-fat granola

Instructions

  1. Whisk together chia seeds, milk, honey, vanilla, and salt in a medium bowl. Cover and chill overnight. Stir in preserves.
  2. Divide pudding among 4 bowls or glasses. Top with berries and granola.
