Berry-Granola Chia Pudding

Ingredients
- ⅓ cup chia seeds
- 1½ cups 1% low-fat milk
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ¼ cup reduced-sugar strawberry preserves
- 1 (6-oz) pkg raspberries
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup low-fat granola
Instructions
- Whisk together chia seeds, milk, honey, vanilla, and salt in a medium bowl. Cover and chill overnight. Stir in preserves.
- Divide pudding among 4 bowls or glasses. Top with berries and granola.
