Taco Tortilla Pizzas
Salsa-Ranch SaladIngredients
- ½ lb ground beef
- ½ (1-oz) envelope taco seasoning mix
- ¼ cup water
- 4 soft-taco-size flour tortillas
- 1½ cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
- ½ (16-oz) container refrigerated salsa
- ¼ cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Cook beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet. Add seasoning mix and water; cook until mixture is very thick.
- Arrange 2 tortillas on a baking sheet. Spread half of meat mixture over tortillas; top with half of cheese. Top each with 1 tortilla. Spread remaining meat mixture over tortilla; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake 20 minutes or until tortillas are browned and crisp.
- Cut tortilla pizzas into wedges; serve with sour cream and salsa.

- 1 (12.45-oz) pkg salsa-Ranch chopped salad kit
- ½ (10-oz) bag tortilla chips
Side Dish Instructions
- Prepare salad according to package directions.
- Serve chips on each plate.
