Taco Tortilla Pizzas

Ingredients

  • ½ lb ground beef
  • ½ (1-oz) envelope taco seasoning mix
  • ¼ cup water
  • 4 soft-taco-size flour tortillas
  • 1½ cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • ½ (16-oz) container refrigerated salsa
  • ¼ cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Cook beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet. Add seasoning mix and water; cook until mixture is very thick.
  2. Arrange 2 tortillas on a baking sheet. Spread half of meat mixture over tortillas; top with half of cheese. Top each with 1 tortilla. Spread remaining meat mixture over tortilla; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  3. Bake 20 minutes or until tortillas are browned and crisp.
  4. Cut tortilla pizzas into wedges; serve with sour cream and salsa.

  • 1 (12.45-oz) pkg salsa-Ranch chopped salad kit
  • ½ (10-oz) bag tortilla chips

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Prepare salad according to package directions.
  2. Serve chips on each plate.
