Wasa Multigrain Crispbread
Ingredients
- 1 (3-oz) pouch boil-in-bag tricolor quinoa
- ½ (10-oz) pkg refrigerated ready-to-eat edamame
- ½ (5-oz) pkg baby kale-spinach mix
- 1 cup blueberries
- ¾ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1½ cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup seedless red grapes
- ½ cup dried cherries
- ½ cup walnuts
- ¼ cup roasted, salted sunflower seeds
- ⅓ cup poppy seed dressing (or use blush wine vinaigrette)
Instructions
- Cook quinoa according to package directions. Heat edamame according to package directions, if desired.
- Combine quinoa, edamame, and remaining ingredients except dressing in a large bowl. Drizzle with dressing; toss.
