Wasa Multigrain Crispbread

Ingredients

  • 1 (3-oz) pouch boil-in-bag tricolor quinoa
  • ½ (10-oz) pkg refrigerated ready-to-eat edamame
  • ½ (5-oz) pkg baby kale-spinach mix
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • ¾ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1½ cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes
  • ½ cup dried cherries
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • ¼ cup roasted, salted sunflower seeds
  • ⅓ cup poppy seed dressing (or use blush wine vinaigrette)

Instructions

  1. Cook quinoa according to package directions. Heat edamame according to package directions, if desired.
  2. Combine quinoa, edamame, and remaining ingredients except dressing in a large bowl. Drizzle with dressing; toss.
