French Fried Onion Chicken

Green Beans and Shells with Aged Cheddar

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup French fried onions, crushed
  • 3 individually wrapped boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine melted butter, Worcestershire, and mustard in a shallow bowl. Place crushed onions in a second shallow bowl.
  2. Dip chicken in butter mixture; dredge in onions, pressing gently to coat. Place chicken on a wire rack on a rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle remaining butter mixture over chicken; sprinkle with any remaining onions.
  4. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is done.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (12-oz) pkg green beans
  • ½ small red bell pepper, thinly sliced lengthwise
  • ½ Tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp real bacon pieces
  • 1 (6-oz) box shells and aged Cheddar macaroni and cheese

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Microwave green beans according to package directions.
  2. Sauté bell pepper in melted butter in a skillet over medium-high heat until crisp-tender. Add beans. Season with salt and pepper, if desired; toss. Sprinkle with bacon.
  3. Cook macaroni and cheese according to package directions.
