French Fried Onion Chicken
Green Beans and Shells with Aged Cheddar
Ingredients
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 cup French fried onions, crushed
- 3 individually wrapped boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine melted butter, Worcestershire, and mustard in a shallow bowl. Place crushed onions in a second shallow bowl.
- Dip chicken in butter mixture; dredge in onions, pressing gently to coat. Place chicken on a wire rack on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Drizzle remaining butter mixture over chicken; sprinkle with any remaining onions.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is done.

- 1 (12-oz) pkg green beans
- ½ small red bell pepper, thinly sliced lengthwise
- ½ Tbsp butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp real bacon pieces
- 1 (6-oz) box shells and aged Cheddar macaroni and cheese
Side Dish Instructions
- Microwave green beans according to package directions.
- Sauté bell pepper in melted butter in a skillet over medium-high heat until crisp-tender. Add beans. Season with salt and pepper, if desired; toss. Sprinkle with bacon.
- Cook macaroni and cheese according to package directions.
