Ingredients

  • 1 (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • 1 English cucumber, chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, onion, and cucumber; toss. Serve with Lemon Vinaigrette recipe.
