Sesame Chicken Rice Bowls

Ingredients

  • 2 cups long-grain white rice
  • 1 (26-oz) pkg frozen breaded popcorn chicken
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • 1 (13.5-oz) bottle sesame sauce (such as PF Chang's)
  • 1½ tsp toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, cook chicken and broccoli according to package directions.
  3. Heat sesame sauce in microwave in a large microwave safe bowl; add crispy chicken and broccoli. Toss.
  4. Divide rice among 6 shallow bowls; top with chicken mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
