Sesame Chicken Rice Bowls
Ingredients
- 2 cups long-grain white rice
- 1 (26-oz) pkg frozen breaded popcorn chicken
- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 1 (13.5-oz) bottle sesame sauce (such as PF Chang's)
- 1½ tsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook chicken and broccoli according to package directions.
- Heat sesame sauce in microwave in a large microwave safe bowl; add crispy chicken and broccoli. Toss.
- Divide rice among 6 shallow bowls; top with chicken mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
