Salmon with Horseradish Sauce
Sautéed Spinach
Ingredients
- 1½ lb salmon fillets
- 1 tsp dried basil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
- 2 Tbsp olive-oil mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp prepared horseradish
Instructions
- Sprinkle fish with basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook fish in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 5 minutes per side or until fish flakes with a fork.
- Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and horseradish; serve fish with sauce.

- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (10-oz) pkg baby spinach
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook onion and garlic in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until onion is lightly browned.
- Add spinach, salt, and pepper; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until spinach wilts.
