Ground Turkey Skillet Dinner

Fresh Cravings Salsa
Ingredients
- ¾ lb ground turkey
- ½ (1-oz) envelope fajita seasoning mix (or taco seasoning mix)
- 1 cup canned fire-roasted diced tomatoes
- 1 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
- ½ cup frozen corn kernels
- ¼ cup water
- ½ (10-oz) pkg zucchini noodles
- ¾ cup shredded mild Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cook turkey in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until crumbly and done. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Add seasoning, tomatoes, beans, corn, and water. Simmer 5 minutes.
- Add zucchini. Cover and cook just until zucchini is tender. Sprinkle with cheese; let stand until cheese melts.

- ½ (10-oz) pkg multigrain tortilla chips
- 1 cup strawberries
Side Dish Instructions
- Serve chips and fruit on each plate.
