Prosciutto and Fig Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) ball bakery pizza dough
- 2 Tbsp olive oil, divided
- 1 onion, sliced
- ¾ cup fig preserves
- 3 cups baby arugula
- 1 (4-oz) pkg thinly sliced prosciutto
- ¾ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- ¾ cup crumbled goat cheese (or use gorgonzola cheese)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Roll out dough to a 16-inch round on a large greased baking sheet. Prick dough several times with a fork. Brush with 1 Tbsp oil; bake 6 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook onion in 1 Tbsp hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Spread preserves on partially-baked crust. Top with onion, arugula, prosciutto, and cheeses. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese is melted.
