Roasted Tomato-Burrata Pasta

Ingredients
- 3 pints multicolored cherry tomatoes
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1 (16-oz) pkg tagliatelle pasta (or use fettuccine)
- 1 (0.5-oz) pkg fresh basil, torn and divided
- 2 (4-oz) balls burrata cheese, torn
- 2 Tbsp balsamic glaze (or use balsamic vinegar)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss together tomatoes, oil, garlic, seasoning, salt, and pepper in a 13-x 9-inch baking dish. Roast 25 to 30 minutes or until tomatoes burst.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, reserving ¼ cup pasta water.
- Toss hot pasta, ½ pkg basil, and reserved pasta water with tomato mixture in baking dish.
- Top with cheese and remaining basil. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
