Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 (1-oz) envelope taco seasoning mix
  • ¼ cup water
  • 12 soft-taco-size flour tortillas
  • 2 (8-oz) pkg shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • 1 (16-oz) container refrigerated salsa
  • 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet. Add seasoning mix and water; cook until mixture is very thick.
  2. Arrange 6 tortillas on 2 baking sheets. Spread half of meat mixture over tortillas; top with half of cheese. Top each with 1 tortilla. Spread remaining meat mixture over tortilla; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  3. Bake 20 minutes or until tortillas are browned and crisp; rotating pans after 10 minutes.
  4. Cut tortilla pizzas into wedges; serve with sour cream and salsa.

  • 1 (10-oz) bag tortilla chips
