Nacho Cheese Beef 'n Bean Taco Bowls

Ingredients
- ½ lb ground beef
- ¾ cup refrigerated salsa
- 1 (15-oz) can Ranch style pinto beans, drained
- ½ Tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ½ (11.5-oz) pkg nacho cheese tortilla chips
- ½ (9-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- ⅔ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup sour cream
Instructions
- Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Stir in salsa, beans, chili powder, and cumin; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes.
- Divide chips between 2 bowls; top with lettuce, beef mixture, cheese, and sour cream.
