Nacho Cheese Beef 'n Bean Taco Bowls

Ingredients

  • ½ lb ground beef
  • ¾ cup refrigerated salsa
  • 1 (15-oz) can Ranch style pinto beans, drained
  • ½ Tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • ½ (11.5-oz) pkg nacho cheese tortilla chips
  • ½ (9-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
  • ⅔ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Stir in salsa, beans, chili powder, and cumin; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes.
  2. Divide chips between 2 bowls; top with lettuce, beef mixture, cheese, and sour cream.
