Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- ¼ cup chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
- 8 slices American cheese
- 2 romaine lettuce hearts, leaves separated
- 2 tomatoes, sliced and then cut in half-moons
- 1 small red onion, cut into slivers
- Dill pickle chips
Instructions
- Cook beef in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly. Drain, return to skillet, and stir in chili sauce, Worcestershire, and mustard.
- Arrange sliced cheese across top of beef in skillet, overlapping slightly; let stand 1 minute or until melted.
- Arrange lettuce in each bowl; top with a portion of cheese-smothered beef, a portion of Fast Fries recipe, tomato, onion, and pickles.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (26-oz) pkg frozen extra-crispy French fries
- 1 tsp garlic salt
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake fries according to package directions. Toss with garlic salt and desired amount of freshly ground pepper while hot.
