Espresso-Dark Chocolate Fondue

Ingredients

  • 1¼ cups heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp instant espresso powder
  • 3 (4-oz) bars bittersweet chocolate, chopped
  • Assorted Dippers: cubed angel food cake, strawberries, assorted sandwich cookies, graham crackers, large marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Combine cream, butter, and espresso powder in a medium-size saucepan. Heat over medium-low heat until butter melts and bubbles form around edge of pan.
  2. Add chocolate; cook until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth, stirring constantly. Keep warm over very low heat (see Note).
  3. Serve fondue with assorted dippers of choice.
