Espresso-Dark Chocolate Fondue
Ingredients
- 1¼ cups heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp instant espresso powder
- 3 (4-oz) bars bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- Assorted Dippers: cubed angel food cake, strawberries, assorted sandwich cookies, graham crackers, large marshmallows
Instructions
- Combine cream, butter, and espresso powder in a medium-size saucepan. Heat over medium-low heat until butter melts and bubbles form around edge of pan.
- Add chocolate; cook until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth, stirring constantly. Keep warm over very low heat (see Note).
- Serve fondue with assorted dippers of choice.
