Chocolate Brownie Truffles
Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg fudge brownie mix
- 1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Prepare and bake brownies according to package directions. Cool completely on a wire rack.
- Place cooled brownies in a large bowl, and stir until smooth using a wooden spoon. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a small cookie scoop or ice cream scoop, scoop out small brownie balls, and roll into round balls; place on prepared baking sheet. Chill 1 hour or until firm.
- Meanwhile, combine chocolate and oil in a small bowl; microwave in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth.
- Dip each brownie ball into chocolate, and return to pan. Sprinkle each truffle with salt, and chill 15 minutes longer or until chocolate is hardened.
