Bacon-Ranch Potato Wedges

Ingredients
- ½ (2-lb) pkg frozen deli-style potato wedges
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Ranch dressing mix
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded colby-Jack cheese
- 1 cup refrigerated salsa, drained
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Spread frozen potatoes in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Toss with oil and Ranch dressing mix while still hot.
- Meanwhile, cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp. Sprinkle bacon over fries; sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake 3 minutes or until cheese melts. Top with salsa, sour cream, and onions.
