Barbecue Chicken Tacos

Ingredients
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup gluten-free spicy barbecue sauce
- 1 (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
- ¾ cup Ranch dressing
- ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 12 corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded white Cheddar cheese (or use Cheddar)
- ½ cup chopped red onion
Instructions
- Combine chicken and barbecue sauce in a microwave-safe bowl; microwave at HIGH 1 to 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- Meanwhile, combine slaw, dressing, and cilantro.
- Heat tortillas according to package directions. Spoon slaw mixture on tortillas; top with chicken mixture, cheese, and onion.
