Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup gluten-free spicy barbecue sauce
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
  • ¾ cup Ranch dressing
  • ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded white Cheddar cheese (or use Cheddar)
  • ½ cup chopped red onion

Instructions

  1. Combine chicken and barbecue sauce in a microwave-safe bowl; microwave at HIGH 1 to 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  2. Meanwhile, combine slaw, dressing, and cilantro.
  3. Heat tortillas according to package directions. Spoon slaw mixture on tortillas; top with chicken mixture, cheese, and onion.
