Onion-Smothered Turkey Patties

Ingredients
- 2 lb ground turkey
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt, divided
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 Tbsp olive oil, divided
- 1½ cups thinly sliced red onion
- ⅓ cup water
- ¼ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Gently mix together turkey, Worcestershire sauce, ¾ tsp salt, and garlic using your hands; shape into 6 (½-inch-thick) patties.
- Cook patties in 2 Tbsp hot oil, in batches if necessary, in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 4 minutes per side or until done. Remove from skillet, and keep warm.
- Sauté onion in 2 Tbsp hot oil in same skillet over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or until browned. Stir in water, ¼ tsp salt, and pepper; cook until thoroughly heated. Spoon onions over patties.

- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 (12-oz) pkg cauliflower crumbles
- ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
- ¾ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped
Side Dish Instructions
- Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add cauliflower; cook 4 minutes, stirring often.
- Add broth; cook 12 minutes or until liquid is evaporated, stirring often. Stir in cheese and green onions.
