Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground turkey
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt, divided
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 Tbsp olive oil, divided 
  • 1½ cups thinly sliced red onion
  • ⅓ cup water
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Gently mix together turkey, Worcestershire sauce, ¾ tsp salt, and garlic using your hands; shape into 6 (½-inch-thick) patties.
  2. Cook patties in 2 Tbsp hot oil, in batches if necessary, in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 4 minutes per side or until done. Remove from skillet, and keep warm.
  3. Sauté onion in 2 Tbsp hot oil in same skillet over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or until browned. Stir in water, ¼ tsp salt, and pepper; cook until thoroughly heated. Spoon onions over patties.

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 (12-oz) pkg cauliflower crumbles
  • ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • ¾ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped  

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add cauliflower; cook 4 minutes, stirring often.
  2. Add broth; cook 12 minutes or until liquid is evaporated, stirring often. Stir in cheese and green onions.
