Beef Taco Salad

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 1½ tsp chili powder
  • 1½ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 2 (9-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
  • ¾ cup refrigerated salsa
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup sliced black olives

Instructions

  1. Cook beef, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat 8 minutes or until beef is browned and crumbly. Stir in water.
  2. Arrange lettuce in 6 bowls. Top with beef mixture, salsa, sour cream, cheese, and olives.
