Ingredients

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ lb thinly sliced low-sodium roast beef
  • 2 cups arugula
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion

Instructions

  1. Combine mayonnaise, basil, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  2. Arrange roast beef slices in 8 stacks. Top with mayonnaise mixture, arugula, and onion. Roll up; secure with wooden picks.
