Basil Mayo Roast Beef Roll-Ups
Avocado and Strawberry SaladIngredients
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- ½ lb thinly sliced low-sodium roast beef
- 2 cups arugula
- ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
Instructions
- Combine mayonnaise, basil, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
- Arrange roast beef slices in 8 stacks. Top with mayonnaise mixture, arugula, and onion. Roll up; secure with wooden picks.
