White Veggie Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 (12-inch) prebaked pizza crust
- ⅓ cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- ½ (8-oz) pkg mini sweet pepper rings
- ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
- ½ cup grape tomatoes
- 1½ cups shredded Italian-blend cheese (or use mozzarella)
- ¼ cup sliced fresh basil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place crust on a large greased baking sheet. Spread sauce on crust; top with mushrooms, pepper rings, onion, and tomatoes; sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until edges are browned and cheese melts. Sprinkle with basil.
