Ingredients

  • 1 (12-inch) prebaked pizza crust
  • ⅓ cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • ½ (8-oz) pkg mini sweet pepper rings
  • ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • ½ cup grape tomatoes
  • 1½ cups shredded Italian-blend cheese (or use mozzarella)
  • ¼ cup sliced fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place crust on a large greased baking sheet. Spread sauce on crust; top with mushrooms, pepper rings, onion, and tomatoes; sprinkle with cheese.
  2. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until edges are browned and cheese melts. Sprinkle with basil.
