Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg fettuccine
  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • ¼ cup hoisin sauce
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain, and keep warm.
  2. Meanwhile, cook beef in a large deep skillet over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet.
  3. Stir together brown sugar and all remaining ingredients. Add to beef in skillet; bring to a boil, and cook until mixture is slightly thickened. Add pasta; toss.
