Vegetable Egg Rolls with Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg fettuccine
- 1½ lb ground beef
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ½ cup beef broth
- ¼ cup hoisin sauce
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp ground ginger
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain, and keep warm.
- Meanwhile, cook beef in a large deep skillet over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet.
- Stir together brown sugar and all remaining ingredients. Add to beef in skillet; bring to a boil, and cook until mixture is slightly thickened. Add pasta; toss.
