Tilapia with Browned Butter Pan Sauce
Whole-Grain Spaghetti and Broccoli
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- ¼ tsp garlic salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 2 (4-oz) tilapia fillets, patted dry
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp white wine
- 1 tsp chopped capers
Instructions
- Whisk together flour, garlic salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl. Dredge fish in flour mixture, shaking off excess.
- Cook fish in hot oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 4 minutes per side or until fish flakes with a fork. Remove from skillet; keep warm.
- Add butter to skillet; cook over medium heat 5 to 6 minutes or until lightly browned and fragrant. Stir in wine and capers; cook 3 minutes. Spoon sauce over fish and pasta.
