Skillet Lemon-Pepper Fish
Mashed Potatoes and Buttery Green Beans

Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp butter, divided
- 1 (2-lb) pkg frozen cod fillets, thawed and patted dry
- 1½ Tbsp lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Melt 2 Tbsp butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle fillets with seasoning and salt.
- Place 3 fillets in skillet; cook 4 minutes, and flip carefully. Cook 3 minutes longer or until fish flakes with a fork. Remove from skillet. Repeat with 2 Tbsp butter and 3 fillets. Serve with lemon wedges.

- 1 (32-oz) pkg refrigerated garlic mashed potatoes
- 1 (12-oz) pkg trimmed green beans
- 1½ Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- ½ cup pecan pieces
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook potatoes and green beans separately according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and nuts; cook just until garlic is fragrant. Stir in green beans. Cook 1 to 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
