Honey Barbecue Meatballs
Buttered Green Beans and Mashed PotatoesIngredients
- ¾ lb ground beef
- ⅓ cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ (18-oz) bottle honey-barbecue sauce, divided
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ Tbsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Stir together beef, breadcrumbs, 2 Tbsp barbecue sauce, egg, Worcestershire, and mustard in a large bowl. Season lightly with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Shape mixture into 2-inch meatballs. Place on a lightly greased rack over a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes.
- Heat remaining barbecue sauce in microwave in a large microwave-safe bowl. Add meatballs; toss.

- 1 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 (24-oz) pkg refrigerated mashed potatoes
Side Dish Instructions
- Steam beans according to package directions; toss with butter until melted. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Heat potatoes according to package directions.
