Honey Barbecue Meatballs

Ingredients

  • ¾ lb ground beef
  • ⅓ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ (18-oz) bottle honey-barbecue sauce, divided
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ Tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Stir together beef, breadcrumbs, 2 Tbsp barbecue sauce, egg, Worcestershire, and mustard in a large bowl. Season lightly with salt and pepper, if desired.
  2. Shape mixture into 2-inch meatballs. Place on a lightly greased rack over a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes.
  3. Heat remaining barbecue sauce in microwave in a large microwave-safe bowl. Add meatballs; toss.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 (24-oz) pkg refrigerated mashed potatoes

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Steam beans according to package directions; toss with butter until melted. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
  2. Heat potatoes according to package directions.
