Turkey and Cheese Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 2 slices low-sodium oven-roasted turkey
  • 1 slice havarti cheese
  • ½ Tbsp mayonnaise
  • ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup chopped strawberries
  • ½ cup sliced cucumbers
  • ¼ cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 Tbsp Ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Stack turkey slices; top with cheese, and spread mayonnaise on cheese. Roll up, and cut into small pieces, if desired.
  2. Divide prepared roll-ups, yogurt, strawberries, cucumbers, tomatoes, and Ranch among lunchbox compartments.
