Cheese Quesadilla
Ingredients
- ¼ cup shredded Mexican-blend cheese
- 1 taco-size flour tortilla
- ¼ cup tortilla chips (about 6 chips)
- 1 (2-oz) container guacamole
- ½ Granny Smith apple, cored and sliced
- ½ cup chopped strawberries
Instructions
- Sprinkle cheese on one half of tortilla; fold in half, and coat with cooking spray. Cook tortilla in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes per side or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Cut into wedges.
- Divide quesadilla wedges, chips, guacamole, apples, and strawberries among lunchbox compartments.
