Sunflower Butter Sandwich
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp sunflower butter (See Note)
- 2 slices whole wheat bread
- ½ banana, thinly sliced crosswise
- ½ red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 clementine, peeled and cut into wedges
- ½ cup veggie straws
- 1 Tbsp Ranch dressing
Instructions
- Spread sunflower butter on 1 slice of bread; top with banana slices and second slice of bread. If desired, use a biscuit cutter or the rim of a round glass to cut out sandwich. Or use a knife to cut off the crust.
- Divide bell pepper, clementine wedges, veggie straws, and dressing among remaining lunchbox compartments.
