Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken 
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1½ tsp curry powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1½ cups chopped celery
  • 1½ cups seedless red grapes, halved
  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • ½ Granny Smith apple, cored and sliced
  • ½ (0.5-oz) pkg popcorn

Instructions

  1. Combine chicken, mayonnaise, curry powder, and salt in a large bowl; stir in celery and grapes.
  2. Spoon ⅓ cup chicken salad into lunchbox. Add raspberries, apple, and popcorn to lunchbox compartments.
