Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1½ tsp curry powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1½ cups chopped celery
- 1½ cups seedless red grapes, halved
- ¼ cup raspberries
- ½ Granny Smith apple, cored and sliced
- ½ (0.5-oz) pkg popcorn
Instructions
- Combine chicken, mayonnaise, curry powder, and salt in a large bowl; stir in celery and grapes.
- Spoon ⅓ cup chicken salad into lunchbox. Add raspberries, apple, and popcorn to lunchbox compartments.
