Ingredients

  • ¾ lb peeled and deveined, medium-size raw shrimp
  • 2 cups chopped broccoli florets
  • 6 Tbsp butter, melted
  • ½ (0.7-oz) envelope zesty Italian seasoning mix
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together shrimp, broccoli, butter, seasoning mix, and red pepper in a bowl.
  2. Arrange lemon slices on a rimmed baking sheet; pour shrimp mixture over lemons, and spread in an even layer.
  3. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
