Smothered Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced mushrooms
- 6 thick-cut boneless pork chops
- 1 (10.5-oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- ¼ cup water
Instructions
- Spread half of onion and half of mushrooms in an even layer in a lightly greased 5- to 7-quart slow cooker; top with pork and remaining onions and mushrooms.
- Whisk together soup and water; pour over onion mixture.
- Cover and cook on LOW 8 hours or until pork is done.

- 2 cups long-grain white rice
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 2 (11-oz) pkg frozen Tuscan seasoned broccoli
